Okay, there are some grand adventures in the works including an epic journey along the Alcan with a return on the maritime highway along the coast. That , however, is at least months away if it materializes at all.
Our love for Prescott and the drive along the beautiful Williamson Valley Road, and the jury duty selection postponed until April, guarantees at least one or two trips to that fair city this year. Perhaps we can even add the long anticipated and often rescheduled trip to Crown King along the historic Senator Highway for a great get away weekend.
For at least a half century Route 66 has been the primary road to adventure in my life. For 2012, that trend will continue. Here is what the schedule looks like so far, before Steve Roth, publicist at Voyageur Press, kicks into high gear, and a few sites where schedule updates will be posted.
